Technical Solutions Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing our solutions. You will also provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.

Key responsibilities include consulting with potential clients, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, and collaborating with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Requirements include a background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture, as well as solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.

Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions is essential. Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.

This is a remote-first role based in APJ, with potential for limited international travel for company-wide events and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with potential clients on implementing our solutions
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions
