Billing and Customer Records Coordinator

Our team seeks an organized professional to oversee billing, customer records management, and data entry tasks.

This role involves managing various aspects of invoicing, customer data, and billing information within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using invoicing software and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and renewal notices from customers accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in the invoicing database.
  • Enter and maintain billing data into the invoicing database with precision.
  • Ensure billing aligns with customer contracts and agreements.
  • Distribute invoices to customers via preferred channels.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field advantageous.
  • Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or customer records management beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
