BIM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to support our architectural and engineering projects.

As a BIM Associate, you will work closely with our team to create accurate building models and drawings using Revit software.

• Create detailed building models and drawings for onboarding permit applications.
• Assist in schematic design and tender package creation.
• Convert point clouds into Revit models and support sales planning activities.
• Develop and manage Revit families, including building systems coordination.
• Produce high-quality visual materials to communicate design concepts.
• Provide testfit design support as needed.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Revit modeling, family creation, and point cloud conversion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
• Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
