Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform application administration tasks across cloud and SaaS platforms, including installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
  • Monitor platform health, track service level agreements, and resolve issues collaboratively with senior team members.
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable shift-left operational models.
  • Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.
  • Contribute to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Basic scripting skills, preferably in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work across multiple technical domains.
