Job Title: Territory Engagement Coordinator

Seeking a seasoned professional to oversee volunteer engagement and management across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with host country staff and Program Operations to identify volunteer needs and develop strategic placement plans.
  • Develop international volunteer position offerings that support partner and program goals in an equitable manner.
  • Coordinate all aspects of volunteer placement, including logistics and preparation, with global volunteer management staff.
  • Ensure credentialing compliance for volunteers in assigned countries by verifying documentation and meeting requirements.
  • Evaluate volunteer performance and escalate priority issues as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on volunteer status and team composition to RVM and Program Operations teams.
  • Support training and development of regional volunteer management staff and assist with volunteer resource management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, program management, project management, non-profit studies, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of volunteer coordination, customer service, or project management experience preferred.
