About the Role

Vista Land, one of the Philippines' largest integrated property developers, is hiring
dynamic Country Managers
to spearhead our international marketing and sales initiatives.

Based at our office in
SOMO – A Vista Mall, Cavite
, you will be deployed to
international events and global markets
to represent Vista Land and engage with Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), global investors, and accredited partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Vista Land in
    international roadshows, events, and expos
    .
  • Recruit, accredit, and manage
    marketing partners and PRC-licensed brokers
    .
  • Build strong client relationships with OFWs and foreign investors.
  • Actively market Vista Land's premium portfolio:
    Crown Asia, Brittany, Camella, and Vista Residences
    .
  • Drive sales and meet company KPIs (partners recruited, client engagements, sales targets).
  • Provide reports and insights on international sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in
    sales, real estate, or international marketing
    (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong
    leadership, networking, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Willing to
    travel and be deployed abroad
    for extended assignments.
  • Existing connections with OFWs or marketing partners is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to diverse markets.
