As a member of our team, you will handle vendor nondisclosure processes, contract review and negotiation, and legal coordination with global partners.

**Career Highlights**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract review and redlining, preferably with nondisclosure agreements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (track changes)
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage

You will facilitate the vendor NDA process, review and negotiate NDAs, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate version control and status tracking of all documents.
