Qualification & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within the mortgage domain, preferably as a front-line leader or above, with a solid understanding of the mortgage lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, management, commerce, or related disciplines. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' work experience in handling process transitions, preferably in a business process outsourcing setup.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and assess changing requirements.
  • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred but not required.
