About the Position:


This position is responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, Recruitment, and other relevant departments.
  • Audit onboarding and offboarding processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or Labor Relations.
