Job Title

Financial Performance Analyst

This role focuses on delivering insightful financial analysis and expert recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality analytical services to inform business choices, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
  • Work closely with the finance team to optimize financial processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and process enhancements.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling financial reports, presentations, and proposals.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Desirable Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with financial software, such as Wave or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in an international or multinational environment.
  • Certifications in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., CFA, CPA).
