We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Management Professional to join our management team.

Job Description

This role will be instrumental in overseeing key financial functions, ensuring accuracy and supporting the company's growth. While there are no direct reports, this position requires a high level of independence, accountability and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability
  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
  • Utilize Stride Retail (Odoo) if applicable
Requirements

We require candidates with excellent English communication skills, a Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance and 3-5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting or controlling roles. QuickBooks experience is required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus.

Achieved certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CMA are preferred. Experience working in the U.S. market is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.
