We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our inventory levels, minimize discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock counts. As an Operations Coordinator, you will develop and implement inventory planning strategies to meet demand while minimizing holding costs. You will also be responsible for streamlining workflows across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Negotiate carrier rates and manage relationships with logistics partners.
  • Develop and implement new operations systems and processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Streamline workflows across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Implement Six Sigma or Lean Management methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record in inventory management and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
Preferred Qualifications
