Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ruby Software Engineer to fill our position in Santa Rosa, PH. The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise as a software engineer and be able to make significant contributions from the outset.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with designing and improving observability and monitoring processes, recent experience working with Ruby projects, and a deep understanding of distributed systems principles.

This role involves delivering high-quality Ruby code for new carrier integrations, managing and orchestrating a large number of microservices, and leading technical initiatives.

The successful candidate will also have experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, designing robust REST APIs, and working with public cloud providers (GCP is preferred).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality Ruby code for new carrier integrations.
  • Manage and orchestrate a large number of microservices.
  • Understand, plan, and execute maintenance of existing integrations.
  • Lead and actively participate in efforts on systems architecture initiatives.
  • Improve test coverage and quality of deliverables.
  • Improve and create internal tools and libraries.
  • Mentoring and guiding other team members.
