
Technical Support Representative

This position involves working from home as a technical support representative, providing assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email. You will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and guide customers through step-by-step solutions when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment, strong command of the English language, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they must be able to multitask and self-manage effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will also possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a typing speed of 20+ WPM. They will need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures, and follow company protocols and security guidelines when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound technical support requests

- Previous call center experience
