We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Officer Liaison to join our team at YEGA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with guests and clients. As a Front Desk Officer Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing guest bookings and reservations, and responding to all guest questions and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients
  • Manage guest bookings and reservations efficiently
  • Respond to all guest questions and requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong interpersonal and social abilities, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
