Front Desk Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Professional to join our team at Tahj/Nsdmm Management. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest communications.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate hotel systems, including property management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Proven work or internship experience abroad is a plus.
- Frontline experience in a hotel or high-end residential building is a plus.
- Bachelor Degree holder of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Mass Communications, or other similar course.
- Personable and projects a professional image.
- Excellent in English (verbal and written).
- Mature, highly trainable, well-mannered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is approximately PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
