Financial Planning Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to support our financial planning team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Statement Preparation: Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) in line with compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Product Comparison and Strategy Modelling: Conduct thorough comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products to provide optimal solutions for clients.
  • SMSF Setup and Structuring: Assist in the setup and structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for property investment, leveraging expertise in financial planning software.
  • Software Utilization: Effectively utilize financial planning software such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic for research and documentation, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities.
  • Collaboration with Senior Planners: Work closely with senior planners to implement tailored financial strategies for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial plans and recommendations comply with regulatory guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Client Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate client records, liaising with advisers to refine financial strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Adaptability and Training: Adapt to and learn new financial planning software, with training provided for Intelliflow, enhancing skills and knowledge continuously.
