About the Job

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and manage IT service management processes. This includes designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to ensure efficient service delivery and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement optimized processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  6. Perform risk assessments and audits to identify control weaknesses and compliance gaps.
  7. Recommend and implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
  8. Lead CSI initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of IT services.
  9. Establish and maintain a CSI register to track improvement opportunities and outcomes.
  10. Conduct regular service reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned.
  11. Define and monitor service metrics and KPIs to assess performance against SLAs and OLAs.
Requirements
  • Required Qualifications:
  1. 5–8 years of experience in IT Operations and/or IT Service Management.
  2. Working knowledge of ITIL Framework with certification.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  4. Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  8. Strong communication and presentation skills.
