Job Title: Senior QA Manager

The role of a Senior QA Manager involves overseeing and tracking internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple pods, ensuring tight collaboration and alignment among stakeholders.

This is a leadership position that requires effective management skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include managing project execution, coordinating with the QA management team, and establishing processes to keep stakeholders informed.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and task management
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence

Requirements are:

  • Exposure to AdTech, Data Engineering, or Cloud Platforms
