Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Auditor. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client-related documentation, as well as auditing accounting outputs to identify discrepancies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with high-volume data entry.

The selected candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing them to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Additionally, they will have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume client orders accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with client contract requirements and internal standards.
  • Maintain data accuracy and completeness across all accounting and client-related documentation.
  • Escalate issues and concerns with urgency and clarity to minimize delays and risks proactively.
  • Audit accounting outputs (client invoices, vendor bills, revenue reports, gross margins, etc.) to ensure precision and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively under multiple concurrent deadlines.
