Key Position: Marketing Director

We seek a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the development and execution of our comprehensive marketing strategy for multiple high-growth crypto casino projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for user acquisition and retention across all key channels, including paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate a remote team of marketing professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software, such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in performance marketing, including Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising.
  • Affiliate network management expertise.
