Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA and Seller Central account manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that involves end-to-end account management, including customer service.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Conduct daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication.
- Manage product replacements, refunds, and negative feedback.
- Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and implement solutions.
- Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate.
- Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
Requirements
">- At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts at a high level.
- A deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis).
- Detailed-oriented with a high sense of accountability - you own your work.
- Exceptional communication skills - you anticipate problems before they arise.
