Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Certifications in content creation, video editing, or digital marketing platforms are highly valued.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or similar roles.
  • A proven track record of high-performing content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Experience in short-form video production from ideation to editing.
  • Familiarity with managing content calendars and working in cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and audience behaviors.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and design software (e.g., Canva).
  • Creative storytelling skills with a keen eye for visuals and platform-native trends.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
