Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the lifecycle of quantitative market research projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clients, partners, and healthcare professional samples, as well as ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project life cycles from start to finish, including client management, vendor relationships, and data collection.
  • Coordinate with various teams to set up and test survey links, prepare and send samples, conduct quality checks, and address respondent inquiries.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, providing regular updates and progress reports on project status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to quickly solve problems and identify potential issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, honorarium amounts, and profits.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
