Job Description

A leading organization is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead its engineering efforts. As the technical lead, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning within the team. Your expertise will guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the organization's strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide technical guidance across the team's work, including solution design, problem-solving, and application of best practices.
  • Promote consistent use of standards, design patterns, and tools that align with the organization's broader technology architecture and principles.
  • Oversee code quality, maintainability, and performance, ensuring robust peer review and development workflows.
  • Support engineers in resolving complex technical challenges and guide the team in adopting modern, scalable engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Team Lead/Technical Lead roles, specialized in Workday operations, support, and development focusing on Workday Finance.
  • Configuration and Development experience in Workday Financials is required.
  • Proven track record of leading small, high-performing engineering teams within a multinational IT shared services environment.
  • Hands-on experience in the support, enhancement, and optimization of Workday Financials.
  • Experience with PSA, Reporting, or Adaptive Planning modules is preferred.
