We are seeking an accomplished inventory manager with expertise in forecasting and a proven track record of utilizing Helium10 for efficient inventory management.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing product sourcing, ensuring supply matches our forecasting models, while also proactively monitoring and managing inventory levels using SoStocked or similar platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Replenishment: Effectively source and restock products to meet customer demand, guaranteeing that stock levels align with our forecasting projections.
  • Inventory Management: Proactively monitor inventory levels, leveraging tools like SoStocked to stay on top of sales trends, seasonality, and marketing campaigns to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Expiration Tracking: Monitor product expiration dates and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize sales for items nearing expiration.
  • Sales Channel Impact Analysis: Anticipate and manage the effects of new sales channels (like TikTok Shop and Facebook Ads) on inventory requirements. Adapt forecasting based on shifting demand.
  • Proactive Reordering: Ensure timely reordering of inventory by tracking low stock levels and setting reorder points with suppliers to prevent both stockouts and overstock.
