Expert Financial Coordinator

A highly skilled accounting professional is required to manage financial processes for U.S. and European clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

This is a remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere while collaborating with global clients.
