Non-Voice Agent Job

Responsibilities
  • Manage non-voice account tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality and timely responses to customer queries and issues.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries through written communication.
  • Process service requests, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
