Key Performance Creative Strategist Role

Job Description
  • Creative Strategy & Insight: Analyze ad performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization; conduct research to fuel ideation and ensure relevance.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of creative projects from concept to execution—ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with performance goals.
  • Creative Quality & Optimization: Review content to ensure quality and provide actionable feedback to improve output.

This position requires a strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms, as well as experience analyzing ad metrics and translating them into actionable creative direction.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying)
  • Able to analyze complex data and translate insights into clear strategic direction
  • Confidence in writing briefs, organizing timelines, and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
