About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, including managing entity-level and group-wide financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, customers, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CA certification required.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in financial management, preferably in a multi-entity group structure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero or similar ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with expense management tools.
