Reputation Management Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated professional to serve as our Reputation Management Specialist. This role will focus on monitoring, managing, and protecting the online presence of our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to online comments to protect and enhance brand reputation
  • Develop strategies to counter negative posts and comments
  • Generate and coordinate positive reviews through legitimate channels
  • Track and report on online sentiment and reputation metrics
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in online reputation management, social listening, or digital community engagement
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and discretion in sensitive matters
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media and app store platforms

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent time management skills.
