GrowthAssistant is seeking a highly skilled professional to strengthen and protect clients' online presence as a Reputation Management Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in monitoring key review platforms, crafting empathetic responses, and supporting initiatives that encourage positive client feedback.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative position where your exceptional communication skills, process mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will directly impact client trust and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor major review platforms daily for new activity, ensuring timely intervention when necessary.
  • Draft and post high-quality, professional responses to customer reviews, maintaining a consistent tone and voice.
  • Assist in implementing outreach campaigns to encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews, leveraging the power of word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Track review performance metrics, generating insightful reports to inform business decisions.
  • Leverage AI tools for review responses, sentiment analysis, and customer follow-ups, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support automation initiatives to ensure scalable, repeatable reputation management processes, minimizing manual intervention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in community management or customer success roles, with experience in reputation management or similar fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and automation connectors like Zapier or Make.
  • Ability to design workflows, not just execute tasks, with a strong emphasis on process improvement.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for trackers and reporting, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Independence and proactivity in managing workload and tasks, with a flexible approach to working in a startup/early-stage environment.
