Key Responsibilities
  • To provide occupational health services and programs that promote a healthy work environment for all employees.
  • To support and assist other departments in achieving company goals and targets.
  • To formulate and implement occupational health programs that minimize hazards and risks in the manufacturing industry.
  • To lead and coordinate with other areas to ensure the effective implementation of programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing and Occupational Health Certification from OHNAP.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as an Occupational Health Nurse.
  • Experience in formulating and implementing occupational health programs.
  • Knowledge of different occupational health hazards present in manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledgeable in ESH requirements of a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to plan activities, lead subordinates, and evaluate program effectiveness.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also comes with a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
