IT Infrastructure Specialist

Nippon Paint (Coatings) Philippines, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of paints and coatings in the Philippines. We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and be proficient in managing Active Directory (AD) servers, configuring and managing firewalls, and troubleshooting network issues. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as good verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain AD servers, including employee account management and computer configuration.
• Configure and manage firewalls, including policy configuration and log diagnosis.
• Troubleshoot network issues, including Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity problems.
• Install and configure operating systems, programs, and printers.
• Maintain hardware, including diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
