Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from French-speaking regions.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both French and English (spoken and written), as well as a strong background in customer-facing roles. Your primary objective will be to deliver timely, friendly, and accurate support to our customers, leveraging your language skills to resolve their inquiries efficiently.

This role involves troubleshooting customer issues, guiding them through solutions step-by-step, and documenting all interactions accurately. You will also identify trends and share feedback with the team to improve processes, collaborate on priorities, and represent the brand with professionalism and patience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with bilingual customer support and tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage
