Image Retoucher Position

We are seeking a skilled image retoucher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for perfecting and enhancing images using both AI tools and traditional photo editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance product and lifestyle imagery using AI-powered tools such as Adobe Photoshop Generative Fill, Topaz Labs, Luminar, and Retouch4me
  • Ensure accurate color matching, lighting balance, and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines
  • Develop and refine AI retouching workflows to improve turnaround time without sacrificing quality
  • Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements, and adjust compositions using a mix of AI and manual techniques

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in photo retouching or image editing, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or creative agency setting
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
  • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with product rendering or AI image generation
  • Knowledge of video retouching or motion graphics
