Visual Enhancer

Role Summary

Kitsch is seeking a Visual Enhancer to enhance and perfect images using AI tools and traditional photo editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Images: Use AI-powered tools to retouch, manipulate, and perfect product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Color Consistency: Ensure accurate color matching, lighting balance, and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine AI-enhanced workflows to improve turnaround time without sacrificing quality.
  • Complex Edits: Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements, and adjust compositions using AI and manual techniques.
  • Collaboration: Partner with photographers, stylists, and designers to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
  • Quality Control: Review final outputs for accuracy, realism, and brand alignment before delivery.
  • Asset Management: Organize, name, and store edited files according to established naming conventions and digital asset management protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in image editing or photo retouching, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or creative agency setting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.
    • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins.
    • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
  • Creative Skills:
    • Keen eye for color, composition, and detail.
    • Ability to achieve natural and realistic enhancement results.
    • Understanding of brand visual identity and how to maintain it.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with product rendering or AI image generation.
    • Knowledge of video retouching or motion graphics.
    • Background in photography or visual arts.
