Visual Content Creator

We're seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that captures the essence of our brand.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves designing images, thumbnails, banners, social media templates, and branding materials that are clean, modern, and built for conversion.

You'll work closely with our CEO and content leads to develop a deep understanding of our brand's visual identity and create visual content that meets our performance and traffic goals.

  • Create social media posts, banners, Pinterest pins, and short-form video overlays
  • Design blog cover images, product images, eBook covers, and lead magnets
  • Support our YouTube team with thumbnail designs and visual branding
  • Assist in PR campaign visuals (feature images, infographics, profile kits)
  • Maintain branded design templates and style consistency across platforms
  • Participate in creative meetings and execute fast-turnaround requests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of professional experience in design (or strong portfolio)
  • Fluent in Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and color balance
  • Ability to follow visual briefs and adapt to brand guidelines
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
  • Responsive on messaging apps for daily updates
  • Minimum: 8GB RAM, i5 processor or M1 Mac equivalent
  • Canva Pro or Adobe Suite access installed
  • A stable mobile phone for check-ins, task updates, and file review
