Job Title: Visual Storyteller

We're seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to craft compelling short-form content that resonates with our audience.

This role involves working closely with the founder to edit, optimize, and schedule videos that tell authentic stories, supporting our mission of providing person-centered care to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends to ensure content remains engaging and relevant.
  • Edit 4–5 short-form videos (20 secs each) weekly using raw footage from Google Drive; include basic edits like captions, transitions, and light branding.
  • Design simple, on-brand graphics and maintain a cohesive visual style across all content.
  • Write captivating captions, schedule posts for peak engagement, and publish to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder for approvals, take creative feedback well, and make necessary revisions.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Strong eye for visuals and storytelling through video.
  • Able to create content matching brand tone for kids to young adults.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing time independently.
  • Portfolio with relevant short-form video and social media examples.
