We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Neksjob Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in BPO sales and a college degree or equivalent. They will also have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and be willing to work onsite.

The estimated salary for this position is around ₱60,000 - ₱80,000 per month, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the high standards of service expected in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment

  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in BPO sales
