About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative Lead will be responsible for effectively managing communication with customers and internal stakeholders via phone. This includes ensuring 100% accuracy during conversations, adhering to business communication language and etiquette, and being up-to-date on products, services, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to customers for billing-related questions and offer new products & services
  • Maintain high-level expertise, soft-skills, and telephone etiquette skills
  • Evaluate issues and escalate them to team leads as necessary
  • Aware of and meet key metrics and targets

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for continuously improving their skills.

What We Offer:
