Remote Customer Service Representative

This is a remote, full-time position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, or phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and accurate support for product-related inquiries
- Handle customer information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with ease
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide timely support
- Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
