As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in crafting ad creatives that drive conversions. This position involves partnering with design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.

The Role
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear creative briefs that meet campaign objectives and drive measurable outcomes
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign goals into effective creative strategies that optimize performance across various platforms
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-performing creatives across multiple channels, including TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UGC and short-form content trends to ensure our ads remain relevant and engaging
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and what drives successful content
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple creative streams simultaneously
  • Detailed knowledge of performance metrics, including CTR, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including creative, external partners, and performance teams
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
