Marketing Role Overview

This position involves supporting the operations team in managing a large portfolio of online business profiles and social media accounts.

  • Develop, schedule, and manage digital campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopify & Go High Level
  • Conduct campaign analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
  • Support SEO and content optimization strategies across web and social platforms.
  • Maintain websites by working with HTML and basic web coding as needed - WordPress
  • Assist with e-commerce content, promotions, and product updates on Shopify
  • Perform general tasks on Go High Level, SMS & large email marketing platforms.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and be proficient in navigating platforms like Google Business Profiles and Facebook. This role will play a key part in reviewing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of multiple Facebook and Google listings, as well as maintaining internal databases.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Project Lead to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. The Operations Manager will provide guidance for this project.

Personal Assistant & Admin Support

The Marketing Coordinator will also act as a Personal Assistant & Admin Support, managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and tracking key deadlines. They will assist with email correspondence, task follow-ups, and day-to-day admin activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive.
