Job Overview

This role involves providing administrative support through accurate and efficient data entry, management, and analysis.


Responsibilities
  • Enter and update logistics-related data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintain records of transactions, including invoices and inventory updates
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure data alignment
  • Prepare regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels
  • Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
  • Assist with documentation for customs and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of sensitive data

Qualifications
  • Experience in data entry or logistics support is preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
