Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, payment settlement, and vendor reconciliation.
  • Handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining client accounts.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues with vendors and clients.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, maintain accurate financial records, and provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
