Job Description

This role supports the operational efficiency of our rental portfolio, managing both long-term and short-term properties. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can balance administrative, operational, and marketing responsibilities.

The Role
  • Facilitate daily operations, handle tenant communications, vendor coordination, and property marketing.
  • Onboard tenants, prepare lease agreements, and manage rental insurance requirements.
  • Manage tenant communications and lease administration for both long-term and short-term rentals.
  • Develop and implement property marketing strategies, including online listings, advertisements, email campaigns, and brochures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff to ensure rental units meet quality standards.
  • Administer property management software, track rental performance, and respond to reviews.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, rent rolls, and financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in property management/accounting software and platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools for property promotion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
