Reporting to the Service Assistant Coach Team Lead, this role supports clients in the Americas region. It focuses on providing quality consultation services based on client business requirements and/or spend management objectives. Ongoing support is provided after design and initial deployment, and throughout the customer engagement life cycle.

This position requires a good knowledge of Concur T&E and Invoice solutions, excellent customer service skills, business communications terminology, and technology, as well as organizational procedures.

Key responsibilities include active data gathering for implementation and activation of SAP Concur products and services, understanding best practice configurations, and providing recommendations. Managing projects, cases, escalations, and units of work are also required. Ongoing support of cloud-based products is provided.

Maintaining awareness of customer business processes that may impact SAP Concur configuration requirements is essential. Accurate, high-quality, and timely documentation is maintained for all steps and activities undertaken. A working knowledge of SAP Concur related products, including new releases, is necessary.

Exceeding and meeting departmental objectives is critical. Preparing and maintaining configuration to customer requirements is also important. Compliance with corporate policies is mandatory.
