Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and coordinating front desk shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitoring and maintaining front desk equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front office management.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
