Key Responsibilities
  • Develops, implements, and analyzes compensation programs for sales personnel, including sales plan analysis and design, calculation of plan payments and trend analysis.
  • Improves the effectiveness of the sales team by developing, calculating, and delivering sales compensation results.
  • Works cross-functionally with sales, finance, HR, and operations teams to identify risks and opportunities within the compensation team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder with 2-3 years' experience in sales analysis, finance, or similar role.
  • Knowledgeable about compensation, sales, and/or financial processes.
  • CRM system experience required, preferably in a large sales organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and analytical/situational skills.
  • Strong time and priority management skills, ability to work independently, and positive attitude.
